Yes, as an independent contractor, you will need to pay for operational costs such as your internet, phone line, and required service equipment. A $44.75 servicing fee will also be deducted from each pay period to cover tools, resources, and technical support. This fee is smaller than standard tax deductions.
No, taxes are not withheld. Independent contractors are paid in full and must handle their own taxes. A 1099 form will be issued for tax filing purposes each year.
The base pay ranges from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on the client. You set your own schedule, meaning there’s no limit to how much you can earn—the more hours you put in, the higher your income.
Yes, in order to maintain a trusted and reliable workforce, we require a background check for all applicants. Individuals with felony convictions or certain misdemeanors will not qualify as agents. A one-time $30 fee is charged for the check, subject to platform policy changes.

To become a CSP, you’ll need to complete an application, undergo a brief assessment, complete background check, and select a client certification course. Once certified, you’ll be ready to start providing customer support services from home.
At this time, we only contract with CSPs residing within the United States. Please note, we are unable to contract with individuals in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
